About Us

Mission Statement:

To bring the regulators (FDA) and the regulated community (human and veterinary pharmaceutical industry) together in a non-threatening environment to facilitate technical dialog and exchange on current compliance trends and regulatory initiatives.

PTEA promotes cooperation and communication between FDA and the human and veterinary pharmaceutical industry through dialogue regarding the scientific, technical and regulatory issues challenging the industry.

The mission is realized through the presentation of conferences organized by PTEA in cooperation with the FDA’s Office of Pharmaceutical Quality Operations Division 3 (FDA OPQO-D3).
